Information Systems
Understanding digital systems, technology, and the relationship between people and software.
About
I am a lecturer in the Information Systems Study Program at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, Indonesia. My academic background bridges Information Systems and Visual Communication Design, holding a bachelor's degree from Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha and a master's degree from Ming Chi University of Technology, Taiwan. My research interests lie at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), cognitive psychology, Human-AI Interaction (HAII), usability evaluation methodologies, and Explainable AI (XAI). I am particularly interested in understanding how user interface architectures, cognitive biases, and explainability cues shape human cognition, mental workload, trust calibration, and decision-making across e-learning, social computing, and intelligent systems. Through my work, I combine empirical UX methods with quantitative modeling to bridge information systems, cognitive science, and human-centered technology design.
Understanding digital systems, technology, and the relationship between people and software.
Developing an understanding of visual language, composition, interface aesthetics, and communication.
Bringing design practice and academic inquiry together through digital interfaces and human experience.
Lecturer in the Information Systems Study Programme and researcher in the Enterprise Information System Research Group, focusing on human-computer interaction, UX research, and user-centered design.
Graduated Cum Laude as the best graduate, developing expertise in UX research, interface evaluation, and human-centered design, with a focus on improving e-learning experiences for international students.
Graduated Cum Laude as the best graduate, building a strong foundation in information systems, software development, and UX design. Completed a thesis on redesigning a mobile e-learning application using Design Thinking.
Teaching undergraduate courses in User Experience (UX) Design, Design Thinking, Software Testing and Implementation, Enterprise Information Systems, Statistics and Probability, and Data Literacy. My teaching approach emphasizes hands-on workshops, real-world case studies, collaborative problem-solving, and project-based learning to connect theoretical concepts with practical applications.
Contributing to academic and departmental development through student supervision, research collaboration, academic evaluation, and student mentoring. Involved in departmental public relations and student recruitment promotion, including content development, digital communication, and visual design. Experienced in international academic collaboration through postgraduate study and research activities in Taiwan.
